We were not surprised by the news that government sites have been compromised by foreign hackers. We have been telling those who care to listen over and over again that an accident of gigantic proportion is about to happen in the Philippine information superhighway if they would not act.
We called, we emailed and we informed them thru out contacts but they did not listen.
